following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #264-2026
WHEREAS, the adopted 2025 – 2026 Capital Plan allocated funding for the purchase
and installation of nine electric vehicle charging stations at the Croton-Harmon Train
Station parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the Village received a grant from the New York State Dept. of
Environmental Conservation in the amount of $149,267 for this project; and
WHEREAS, additional grants totaling $82,500 have been secured from the New
York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) for this project;
and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $41,482 has been allocated for this project in
the Village’s sustainability trust account,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to make the following budget amendment in the 2026-2027
Capital Fund budget:
