resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.

WHEREAS, a review of the 2026-2027 budget has found a number of transfers are
needed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfers:
