On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #22-2026
WHEREAS, the Village has retained the services of Nelson Pope Voorhis (NPV) to
serve as planning consultant and grant writer; and
WHEREAS, during the fiscal year, NPV has assisted with multiple grant
applications, as well as reviewing local laws and various applications within the
Engineering Department; and
WHEREAS, additional funds need to be allocated towards these expenses,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following interfund transfer in the
General Fund:
