On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #23-2026
WHEREAS, the Water Department has requested to purchase three pieces of
equipment to enhance their operations; and
WHEREAS, these pieces of equipment include a hydrant meter, leak kit and hydrant
flow test kit; and
WHEREAS, the funds for these pieces of equipment were not included in the 2025-
2026 Water Fund Budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-
2026 Water Fund Budget:
