On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: -. Resolution #34-2026 WHEREAS, the STOP-DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign Program is an overtime, added, patrol effort to enforce the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Laws against intoxicated and impaired driving (DWI/DWAI) in Westchester County; and WHEREAS, the Croton-on-Hudson Police Department wishes to participate in this program; and WHEREAS, the Village may seek reimbursement from the County for costs related to this program; and WHEREAS, the commencement date of this agreement is October 1, 2025, and terminates on September 30, 2026, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the STOP-DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign Program Inter-Municipal Agreement with Westchester County for the period between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026.
