On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New
York with a - vote.
Resolution #36-2026
WHEREAS, the Town of Cortlandt has presented an Inter-Municipal Agreement to
the Village to allow the inclusion of the Village when advertising for bids; and
WHEREAS, the Village has utilized the Town’s purchasing services over the years
by using Town bids to purchase supplies and materials; and
WHEREAS, the Village would like to extend this Inter-Municipal Agreement for
another year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to sign the Inter-Municipal Agreement with the Town of Cortlandt for
purchasing services; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the term of this agreement shall be from
January 1, 2026, until December 31, 2026.
