To: From: Date: March 21, 2026 Re: Acceptance of Donation - Painting I was recently contacted by Regina Montana, a Croton-on-Hudson resident, who wished to donate a painting marking the bicentennial of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, which took place in 1987. Mrs. Montana thought it would be especially appropriate to hang in the Municipal Building as the country marks the 250th anniversary of its independence this year. The painting has been hung in the east entrance foyer of the building, near the elevator and court clerk’s office. I ask that the Village Board formally accept the donation of this painting to the Village and thank Mrs. Montana for her thoughtfulness.
