This location will be open to the public for this meeting in addition to the White Plains City Hall.) 1. Discuss and schedule dates, times and locations for May/June 2026 public hearings and meetings as needed to set guideline rates of rent adjustment for housing accommodations within the Board’s jurisdiction, subject to the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, for leases commencing between October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2027. 2.
