On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #59-2026 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby undertakes the following actions: 1. Accepting the donation of a painting from Regina Montana to be displayed in the Municipal Building. 2. Approving the request from the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District to display banners at Firefighters Field for senior softball players. 3. Referring the consistency review from the NYS Dept. of State to the Waterfront Advisory Committee. 4. Filing for the record the notice of meeting from the Westchester County Rent Guidelines Board, annual lease documentation from the Croton Yacht Club, letter from the Arbor Day Foundation and invitation from the Town of Cortlandt for the National Vietnam War Veterans Day ceremony.
