We propose to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to complete the following:
1 — Excavation and installation of 250 LF + of electrical PVC conduit, backfill
with sand and tracer tape.
Labor & Material $ 6,250.00
2 — Installation of 8 concrete lighted bollard bases 12” x 42”
Labor & Material $ 4.000.00
TOTAL ESTIMATE $10,250.00
All of the above work to be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner for the
sum of --- Ten Thousand Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars and no cents--------- 00/100.

Acceptance of proposal must be made within 30 days from date otherwise price is subject to change. Upon the signing
of this proposal please return one copy along with a check for 25% of the contract as a down payment. Work to begin
within 30 days of acceptance unless otherwise agreed upon. You may cancel the contract any time prior to midnight
of the third business day after the contract is signed. Any contractor, subcontractor, or material man who provides
home improvement goods or services pursuant to a home improvement contract and who is not paid may have a valid
legal claim against your property known as a mechanic's lien. Any mechanic's lien filed against your property may
be discharged. Payment of the agreed-upon price under the home improvement contract prior to filing a mechanic’s
lien may invalidate such lien. The owner may contact an attorney to determine his rights to discharge a mechanic's
lien. You are hereby authorizing us to furnish all materials and labor required to complete the work mentioned in the
above proposal, for which you agree to pay the amount mentioned in said proposal, and according to terms thereof.
