On motion of TRUSTEE SIMON, seconded by TRUSTEE GALLELLI, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: 5-0.
Resolution #218-2023
WHEREAS, the Village Board is committed to promoting openness, inclusion,
freedom and mutual understanding by ensuring all people, regardless of race,
religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or
immigration status may live free from violence, harassment or prejudice; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board is further committed to supporting the visibility,
dignity, and equality for all people in the community,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Statement of Inclusivity of
October 23, 2023 is approved and adopted in order to foster and advance the goals
of making the Village of Croton-on-Hudson a just, equitable, diverse and inclusive
community.

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson affirms the human rights of all who visit, work or
live in our Village. We aim to be an inclusive and safe place for all people regardless
of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual identity, faith, disability,
language, socioeconomic status and immigration status.
