On motion of Trustee ____, seconded by Trustee _____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution # 226-2023 WHEREAS, there are a number of capital projects that have been completed and reviewed through the Village’s annual third-party audit, and WHEREAS, the Village Treasurer recommends closing the capital accounts associated with these projects as follows: PROJECT # PROJECT BALANCE Replace Parking Lot Lights $ - Equipment Shed $ 9,904 Sunset Park Improvement $ 13,474 Sidewalks & Curbs $ 13,944 Sidewalks & Curbs $ (2,723) Sidewalks & Curbs $ 56,286 Sidewalks & Curbs $ 16,246 Sidewalks & Curbs $ (36,252) Sidewalks & Curbs $ (19,600) Records Management Software $ 637 Parking Charging Stations $ 63 NYS RICI Live Scan $ 2,300 Villagewide Stormwater $ (1,917) SCBA Replacement $ 2,968 Upgrade Phone System $ 975 Generator for Well 4 $ 1,362 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Village Treasurer to close the above listed accounts as of May 31, 2023, and return $27,403 to the Debt Service Fund and $2,363 to the General Fund; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that $27,901 shall be reclassified from Projects 17334, 19350, 20364, 21377, 22389, and 23438 to Project 24462; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby rescinds Resolution #165-2023, which was adopted on July 10, 2023.
