On motion of TRUSTEE - seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: -. Resolution #227-2023 WHEREAS, police services were requested for various events and functions during this fiscal year; and WHEREAS, police officers are assigned to these events and functions to conduct traffic control, as well as to ensure safety for residents and visitors to the Village, and WHEREAS, the organizations have agreed to pay the cost of the overtime for these officers; and WHEREAS, New York State and Westchester County have also provided grant funds to cover special details, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to amend the General Fund 2023-2024 budget in the amount of $45,432.55: GENERAL REVENUE Increase A1000.3089 – State Aid – Other: $6,591.05 A3120.1520 – Police Fees – Revenue : $36,589.97 A3120.3089 – State Aid – NYS PTS Grant $2,251.53 GENERAL EXPENSES Dated: October 30, 2023 Increase A3120.1200 – Police – Personnel (OT) $45,432.55
