Enclosed please find the resolution approved at the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on
February 04, 2026, referring the draft Local Law Introductory No. 3 of 2026, the EAF and the CAF
that addresses a number of inconsistencies within the Zoning Code, update certain definitions and
amend the number of fowl permitted on residential properties.
As per the Village Code, please review the draft law and make a recommendation back to the
Village Board of Trustees.
