On motion of TRUSTEE _, seconded by TRUSTEE _, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New
York with the following vote:
Resolution #245-2023
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works made two unbudgeted repairs to the
sanitary sewer system during the summer; and
WHEREAS, these repairs included jet cleaning of catch basins and pipes, as well
as the replacement of broken rails at the Half Moon Bay Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, as these repairs were unforeseen, funding for these expenses was not
included in the 2023-2024 Sewer Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $8,467.50 from Contingency Account #G1990.4000
to the following accounts:
G8120.4000 – Sanitary Sewers – Contractual:
$8,467.50
