On motion of TRUSTEE _, seconded by TRUSTEE _, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #247-2023
WHEREAS, the Village owns a 20-seat passenger bus which has been used on
occasion for special events; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees would like to operate the bus as a holiday
shopping shuttle on December 2, 2023, to support the local business community;
and
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2023-2024 General
Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $250 from Contingency Account #A1990.4000 to the
following account:
A7550.1100 – Celebrations – Personnel Services P/T: $250
