On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #265-2023 WHEREAS, the Westchester County Clerk maintains a system called Westchester Records Online (WRO) that enables municipalities to remotely access the County Clerk’s land records and other legal files; and WHEREAS, in order to continue accessing this system, Westchester County requires municipalities to sign a Memorandum of Understanding annually, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with Westchester County to renew access to the Westchester Records Online (WRO) for the period beginning January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
