On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #276-2023
WHEREAS, the Village would like to adopt a set of guidelines for Village Trustees
in their role as Liaisons to Village advisory and statutory boards, committees, councils
and commissions; and
WHEREAS, the draft guidelines were reviewed at the December work session of the
Board of Trustees,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
adopts the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Trustee Liaison Guidelines attached hereto.
