following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #6-2024
WHEREAS, the Village experienced a high volume of rain and consequent water
leaks this year; and
WHEREAS, this resulted in increased costs for roadway repairs; and
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2023-2024 Water
Fund budget,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $5,000 from Contingency Account F1990.4000 to
the following accounts:
F8340.4170 – Distribution –Contractual: $5,000
