On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #226-2025
WHEREAS, the Village desires to contract with OMNIA Partners, Public Sector,
Inc. to participate in cooperative purchasing for various items; and
WHEREAS, General Municipal Law § 103 allows for local governments to
participate in such cooperative purchasing; and
WHEREAS, there is no cost to the Village to enter into this agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Manager to execute the agreement with OMNIA Partners, Public Sector,
Inc. to enter into their cooperative purchasing program.
