On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #19-2024
WHEREAS, the Village Board has been reviewing the rules and regulations
associated with Senasqua Park for a number of months; and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager and Superintendent of Recreation have developed
new rules and regulations based on the input received from these work sessions,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby adopts the
rules and regulations for the use of Senasqua Park as attached hereto.
