On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with 
a - vote. 
 
Resolution #23-2024 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is interested in conducting a review of the 
organizational structure and functions of its Engineering Department; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village is seeking professional consulting services for the review; and 
 
WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from the Laberge Group of Albany, New York, 
in the amount of $43,750, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby 
authorizes the Village Manager to accept the proposal as presented by the Laberge Group 
in an amount not to exceed $43,750; 
 
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make the 
following budget amendment to the 2023-2024 General Fund budget as follows:
