On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #25-2024 WHEREAS, the parking permit management system currently used by the Village to monitor the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot has become unreliable; and WHEREAS, the Village has received a proposal from Integrated Technical Systems, Inc., (ITS) of Parsippany, New Jersey, to implement a new parking permit management system for the amount of $9,750; and WHEREAS, ITS currently administers the parking lot pay stations, ensuring that communication between the two systems will be seamless, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Manager to accept the proposal from ITS in the amount of $9,750; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to amend the 2023-2024 General Fund Budget as follows: Account # Account Name Amount A5650.4000 Parking - Contractual $9,750 GENERAL REVENUES Increase Account # Account Name Amount A5650.1720 Parking - Permits $9,750 Dated: February 7, 2024
