An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was
held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 8:47 PM to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of
real property, when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
Village Manager Healy
Trustee Politi left the meeting at 9:05 PM.
No action was taken.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the Executive Session at 9:17 PM.
