On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York
with a - vote.
Resolution #42-2024
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works would like to perform some
investigatory work to identify any inflow or infiltration entering the sanitary sewer
system in the Nordica Drive Pump Station service area; and
WHEREAS, this work includes smoke testing the sewer main in the immediate
area; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a proposal to perform
the testing in the amount of $7,600; and
WHEREAS, as this work was unforeseen, funding for this expense was not
included in the 2023-2024 Sewer Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board authorizes the
Village Treasurer to transfer $7,600 from Contingency Account #G1990.4000 to
the following accounts:
G8120.4000 – Sanitary Sewers – Contractual:
$7,600
