In accordance with Titles 2-a and 2-b of the Real Property Tax Law, and Part 8200 of Title 20 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and
Regulations of the State of New York, final railroad ceilings have been determined for the railroad real property of the railroad company in each
municipality named below, in the amount shown opposite the certificate reference number.
NOTE: The amounts of the railroad ceilings set forth in this certificate are "final" and assessments of railroad real property must not exceed these amounts.
