following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York: 
 
Resolution #-2024 
 
WHEREAS, the Village released a Request for Proposals (RFP) on the parking lot 
parcel known as Lot A last year; and 
 
WHEREAS, as part of its due diligence in reviewing the responses to the RFP, the 
Village would like to obtain an appraisal of the parcel to determine its fair market 
value; and 
 
WHEREAS, the cost of the appraisals is $5,000; and 
 
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2023-2024 General 
Fund budget, 
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes 
the Village Treasurer to transfer $5,000 from Contingency Account #A1990.4000 to 
the following accounts: 
 
A1940.4000 – Purchase of Land - Contractual 
$5,000
