On motion of Trustee ______ and seconded by Trustee ______, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York with a - vote.
Resolution #55-2024
WHEREAS, the Croton Business Council is desirous of holding a “Big Easy on the
Hudson” festival, an event which expects to have attendance of three thousand
attendees, in a Village Park, specifically Vassallo Park; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has provided the Croton Business
Council with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that delineates the respective
rights and obligations of the parties and defines their relationship for the “Big Easy on
the Hudson” event,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with
the Croton Business Council related to the “Big Easy on the Hudson” event.
