An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held
on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Politi, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 9:45 PM to discuss matters which will imperil the public safety
if disclosed.

Chief of Police John Nikitopoulos
No action was taken.
On a motion by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted
unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:40 PM.
