A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room at the Stanley Kellerhouse Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. The following official was absent: Mayor Pugh called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. On motion of Trustee Simon, and seconded by Trustee Murtaugh, the following appointments were approved by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a 4-0 vote. Marlena Horton – IDEA Committee Faith Rivers – IDEA Committee Riley Moeller – Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee There being no further business to come before the Board a motion to close the special meeting and enter into executive session to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and approved with a 4-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned at 6:32pm. Respectfully Submitted, Bryan Healy Village Manager
