An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held
on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
enter to enter into an Executive Session at 6:31 PM to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or
lease of real property when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
Trustee Murtaugh (via phone from 6:47 to 7:10 PM)

Four invited individuals were also in attendance.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the meeting at 8:07 PM.
