On motion of Trustee ______ and seconded by Trustee ______, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York with a - vote.
Resolution #60-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson recognizes the importance of
promoting renewable energy initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and combat
climate change; and
WHEREAS, Ecogy Community Solar, LLC of Brooklyn, New York, has proposed a
Community Solar Subscription Agreement that aligns with the Village's sustainability
goals and offers an opportunity to support clean energy production within the
community; and
WHEREAS, Lindsay Audin, Chair of the Sustainability Committee, has
recommended participation in the program,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to enter into a Community Solar Subscription
Agreement with Ecogy Community Solar, LLC, in accordance with the terms and
conditions outlined in the proposal.
