On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, 
with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #62-2024 
WHEREAS, on March 20, 2023, the Village awarded a contract for the purchase of 
screened sportswear to Empire Printing LLC of Springfield, MO in the amount of 
$3,075.72; and 
WHEREAS, the Village intends to extend this contract for another year at the same 
rates, and Empire Printing LLC has agreed to the renewal terms, 
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to 
extend the contract with Empire Printing for the period of April 1, 2024 through 
March 31, 2025, in the amount of $3,075.72.
