On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #67-2024 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is undertaking the reconstruction of the Grand Street Retaining Wall, which necessitates access to private properties adjacent to the project site; and WHEREAS, the owners of the properties located at 33 and 25 Grand Street, Croton- on-Hudson, NY 10520, have reviewed the documents pertaining to the project and are willing to grant access to their property for the duration of the construction work, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Manager to sign the Access Agreement with the owners of the properties located at 33 and 25 Grand Street, as attached hereto, granting the Village and its contractor the necessary rights and easements of use and occupancy in and to their property for the purpose of the Grand Street Retaining Wall project.
