On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #70-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson utilizes License Plate Recognition
(LPR) devices to enhance parking enforcement activities within the community; and
WHEREAS, maintenance and upkeep of the LPR devices are essential for ensuring
the continued effectiveness and efficiency of parking and law enforcement operations;
and
WHEREAS, SecureWatch24 of New York, NY, has proposed a Premier Maintenance
Plan to provide for ongoing maintenance and repair of the LPR devices, thereby
ensuring optimal functioning of the systems,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to sign the Premier Maintenance Plan for the LPR system on behalf of the
Village of Croton-on-Hudson at an annual cost of $3,600;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for this expense is available in the
following account: A5650.4000 – Parking – Contractual.
