An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held 
on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse 
Municipal Building. 
 
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to 
enter into an executive session at 6:11 PM to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real 
property when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.

Village Manager Healy  
 
No action was taken. 
 
On a motion by Trustee Murtaugh, seconded by Trustee Simon, the Board voted unanimously to 
adjourn the Executive Session at 6:46 PM.
