THIS AGREEMENT made as of this ______ day of ______, 2024, between the VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, a municipal corporation, having its office at One Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, New York (“the Village”), and CROTON WELCOME WAGON, located at _______________, Croton-on-Hudson, New York. WHEREAS, the Village is desirous of supporting the efforts of the Croton Welcome Wagon to greet new members of our community; and WHEREAS, the Croton Welcome Wagon has been providing welcome bags for new residents and hosting community events on a quarterly basis; and WHEREAS, the Croton Welcome Wagon has provided a budget for these activities, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth in this agreement, the parties mutually agree as follows: 1. The Village hereby agrees to reimburse the Croton Welcome Wagon up to $1,300 annually during the term of this agreement for supplies and promotional items purchased in support of the aforementioned activities. 2. The Village hereby agrees to waive any event fees that would be charged to the Croton Welcome Wagon for tabling at Village events, including but not limited to Summerfest, and for the use of Village facilities, including but not limited to Senasqua Park. 3. The Croton Welcome Wagon agrees to submit itemized receipts for reimbursement to the Village Treasurer within 30 days of purchase. 4. The term of the agreement shall be from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2029. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement this ________ day of ____________, 2024.
