On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #104-2024
WHEREAS, the Village regularly charges various fees for services rendered or
permits issued; and
WHEREAS, mitigating circumstances will occasionally result in an inability or
unlikelihood of collecting said fees; and
WHEREAS, the Village Treasurer is recommending writing off Invoice 2022739 in
the General Fund as uncollectable; and
WHEREAS, the total to be written off is $50,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the writing off of Invoice 2022739 in the amount of $50.
