Village Manager Healy, Mayor Pugh and Board of Trustees,
Over the past several months | have been preparing to promote one of the
three candidates on the current Lieutenant’s List. The eligible candidates
within our Department are Sergeants Daniel Turner, Anthony Tramaglini
and Thomas Leonard. | have interviewed all three candidates, reviewed
past and present performance and current work duties. | am pleased and
excited to request that you promote Sgt. Anthony Tramaglini to the rank of
Lieutenant. | feel confident in his ability to be a ranking Officer and assist
me in completing the goals of this Department.
