On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #138-2024 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson desires to provide preventive, rehabilitative, and treatment services to its employees through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); and WHEREAS, Westchester County, through its Department of Community Mental Health, offers an EAP under the provisions of Articles 25 and 41 of the New York State Mental Hygiene Law, which includes various support services such as program consultation, staff development, program administration, maintenance, and client evaluation and referral; and WHEREAS, the total cost of these services is calculated based on the number of employees, resulting in a fee of $45 per employee per year, prorated for the period from June 2024 to December 2024 to $26.25 per employee, totaling $1,890 for the year 2024, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign the intermunicipal agreement with Westchester County for the provision of Employee Assistance Program services for the period starting June 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2024.
