On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #141-2024 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson intends to apply for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from Westchester County for the 2024- 2025 funding cycle; and WHEREAS, the Village will be submitting the following projects for consideration: the installation of a sidewalk along the north side of Municipal Place between Maple Street and South Riverside Avenue, the installation of a sidewalk along South Riverside Avenue between Municipal Place and Maple Street, the construction of a water main loop between Grand Street and Beekman Avenue; and WHEREAS, as part of the application process, the Village must hold a public hearing to discuss the merits of these projects, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, to consider the merits of the projects included in the Village’s CDBG application. Dated: June 26, 2024
