On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #147-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, solicited bids for Two (2)
License Plate Reader (LPR) Systems in Bid No. 5-2024; and
WHEREAS, the bids were publicly opened and read aloud on July 5, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has reviewed the bids and recommended that the
award be made to the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Croton-on-Hudson hereby awards Bid 5-2024 for Two (2) License Plate Reader
(LPR) Systems to Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. of Wallingford, CT in the
amount of $39,810.
