Collectively, the property is proposed to be developed with a 5-story, 100 unit, multifamily building with amenity space and on-site parking; units will be in condominium ownership and priced at up to 80% AMI. The property is located within the TOD/LI Zoning District and is currently developed with surface parking and a commercial building located at the southeastern corner of the site.
