To: From: Date: July 22, 2024 Re: Update on CCA Pricing As part of the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program renewal, Sustainable Westchester received bid pricing for the program on July 17, 2024. Constellation New Energy has been selected as the supplier with the following rates: 50% Renewable: 12.178 cents per kWh 100% Renewable: 13.298 centers per kWh These rates represent an 11% decrease and a 14% decrease in the previous rates being charged for residential and small commercial customers, respectively. As determined previously, the Village Board has resolved to participate in the CCA program for the upcoming term period (November 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025). The decision which the Board needs to make now is whether or not to participate in the 100% Renewable option.
