On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #157-2024 WHEREAS, a multifamily development is currently under construction at 25 South Riverside Avenue; and WHEREAS, as part of the construction project, new stormwater and sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances are required to be installed on the property; and WHEREAS, the existing stormwater and sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances from the previous building on the property will be abandoned; and WHEREAS, the existing easement agreement filed in the Westchester County Clerk’s office will be terminated as part of the new easement agreement, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Easement Agreement with Croton Riverside LLC, subject to the final approval of the Village Attorney.
