On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #158-2024
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby approves the Memorandum of Agreement between the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson and the Croton Police Association, covering the period June 1, 2024 –
May 31, 2029 and authorizes the expenditure of funds consistent therewith.
