On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #159-2024
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2021, the Village Board of Trustees approved an
employment agreement with Bryan Healy to serve as Village Manager; and
WHEREAS, such agreement is set to expire on August 9, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board is desirous of extending the employment
agreement, as amended, through August 9, 2027,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby approves the employment agreement between the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson and Bryan Healy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute the contract on its behalf.
