On motion of Trustee ____, seconded by Trustee _____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #162-2024 WHEREAS, there are a number of capital projects that have been completed throughout the past fiscal year; and WHEREAS, upon discussion with the Village Manager, the Village Treasurer recommends closing the capital accounts associated with these projects as follows: 09194 Municipal Building Window Replace $ 654.87 15290 Service Truck $ 254.61 15302 LED Lights $ - 16316 Low Boy Dump Truck $ 0.89 18342 WEFH Renovations $ 962.27 18345 Police Vehicle $ 520.80 18349 NYSERDA LED Lighting $ - 19359 Relocation Water Department Offices $ 36,388.29 20372 Police Electric Hybrid Vehicle $ 50,212.97 20375 Solar Power $ - 21381 Replacement of FD Radios $ 1,412.12 22390 Village Wide Stormwater $ (312.98) 23444 Grand Street Firehouse $ 45.74 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Village Treasurer to close the above listed accounts as of May 31, 2024, and return $2,188.42 to the Debt Service Fund and $51,562.87 to the General Fund; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that $36,388.29 shall be reclassified from Project 19359 to Project 18344.
