Dear Mayor and Council,
I’ve been advised by the Town of Cortlandt, that if | write to you, our property at 36 Lounsbury Rd,
Croton can be removed from the Ossining Sanitary System. We have a very new septic system so don’t
require sewers. Why have we been taxed on sewers all these years when we’ve always had septic? If we
are removed from the Ossining Sanitary System that should eliminate the tax, correct?
