On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #167-2024
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson requires stenographic services for the
Village Justice Court; and
WHEREAS, S.A.C-D Steno Services has provided notification of its cancellation
from the current contract; and
WHEREAS, Bridget Abatecola has been identified as a qualified candidate to provide
the necessary stenographic services and has provided a schedule of rates,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to
enter into a contract with Bridget Abatecola for stenographic work in the Village
Justice Court for the period of September 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such service is available in the
following account: A1110.4000 (Justice Court – Contractual).
